    Because of the unusual front clamp does it need to be slid along the bars and thus lever and bar tape off to mount it or can it be front mounted as with a normal 50% opening front clamp?

    Levers don’t need to be off.

    Dependant on where the bar thickens or if it is same thickness, that will determine whether the tape needs to be unfurled to the levers.

    Easily fitted.
