Few random bits from the new car (Tesla Model 3), testing out all 4 cameras (not the greatest quality, but enough for an insurance company to use...)

First experience of Automatic Emergency Braking.

Was driving along and the cars ahead had to stop suddenly as one of those "<---This is 2 Meters--->" signs had blown onto the road.
I had started applying brake force when the car took over and applied full brake force as it didn't like what it saw...

It's been like that for 3 years, it was fine for 2 years then no clue what happened. Need a new one, but don't have the budget for a top end blackvue front/rear setup at the moment.

Unless you stole it then that would be a fairly brain dead idea. Then again they were doing that speed in a 100km/h zone so brains probably weren’t in abundance.

You know the rules. I know them, too.

You either comply or face the consequences.

Simple as that. Drive for work twice a week using company car and set the limiter just in case. Can see plenty of drivers of vans etc, clearly company cars, doing just 100 on n7.
No point getting the badge of honour for doing 130 there.

Can be done. Can I do 170? Sure I can. Anyone can. Some that can do 170 can't even park properly, though. Reaction times, observation skills etc.

You can't give tickets for being poor driver, though. Speed is just easy to detect and that's what they do. You know how this works. In every country.
