I have this old HTC phone and would like to get the pictures off it

It will not power on to get the device details and want to order a battery if someone could help me identify the model of it

I thought it was a desire but the front looks different

From googling images I thought it might be a htc 8, or htc desire 8 but they dont seem to look like this phone from the front
