    We seem to have fallen into a two meal strategy at the moment.
    Skipping breakfast, brunch most days is egg fried rice with kimchee, peas and cashew nuts.
    Varied a little by some days having sourdough toast, avacodo, kimchee and fried egg.

    Streaky bacon on toasted sourdough with scrambled eggs. Did the eggs in a bain marie for the first time with some butter, double cream and seasoning. Gorgeous.

    Neither had I but husband is the hunter gatherer in this house at the minute and he bought them because they were on offer for €2.
    I start thinking about having them from about 7am until i actually get up. I'm pregnant so that's my excuse.

    Couple of nice brekkies/brunches over the last few days.

    Grain bowl, red quinoa, avocado, feta, pumpkin and chia seeds. Dressing of honey, cider vinegar, poppy seeds and oil.
