porting to vodafone prepay online

i have a vodefone prepay sim with a phone number. i'd like to port my three prepay number to it. is there an online form i can use like with other networks or do i have to ring / go on live chat while the stores are closed? thanks

Vodafone is different to other networks in that they provide you with a blank SIM that your number is then ported onto. This is handled at the ordering/purchasing stage so there's no online option for porting a number onto a SIM that already has a number.

Now maybe customer service can do this but I have my doubts.
