    Normally I would take drive side photos, but now that Ive been told I must, I'm itching not to

    There are as many alu beauties out there as carbon.

    It looks to me like thumb shifters attached somehow to the brake lever.
    And why would you put the bell on the down tube?

    And yet, it seems to all come together nicely.
    The colour helps.

    Shifters are from: Gevenalle
    They're friction shifters

    I cannot answer much more than that

    The top one is at Herne Hill, I think? Second in Somerset somewhere.

    Purple blue paint job is called Purple Haze I think
