Paint sprayer for small jobs. Fence, chairs etc.

    I've just binned a B&D. 200 it sprayed one wall and packed in , just kept blocking.

    Anyone know of a decent DIY paint sprayer that's not too dear?

    You should be thinning your paint. If it's blocking it's not thinned and or has contamination. A filter is required too.

    Pouring any oul paint straight into a sprayer and expecting it not to block....

    It was Dulux paint and thinned in acortdan e with the instructions, THE instructions say no filter necessary.

    Bought this one couple of weeks ago, used it with that ronseal fence life and sprays with no issues.

    If it was thinned according to the instructions, why do you think that it kept blocking??? Was it the instructions on the paint tin that said "NO Filter" needed, or was it with the gun instructions?

    Don't know what you were spraying but emulsions should be strained first. Only exception to this rule I've found is tikkurila
