As title asks. Also do i need a gun safe for 1 .22 springer air rifle ? just considering buying first gun but want to weigh up pros and cons. thanks in advance for any help.

An air rifle being a springer like you said and not a bullpup like some PCPs is an unrestricted firearm and yes you will need a gun cabinet
