    Hi all,

I’ve just switched from Eir FTTH to Vodafone fiber and I would like to continue using the Eir F2000 modem instead of the Gigabit one from Vodafone.

I have tried changing the password on the Eir router to vodafone@vodafone.ie and broadband as the password but it’s not working at all.

I also can’t find PPPoE inside the Eir modem as a setting.

Could someone point me in the right direction as to how I can continue using Vodafone’s fibre but with the previous Eir F2000 router?

    Thanks in advance

Have you vlan box checked and value set to 10. Also the PPOE dropdown is PPPE
Got my F2000 resurrected with a different isp than Eir recently.

You got me looking in the right place - turns out i was putting the username and password in the wrong area.

For those trying to do the same:

Add the vodafone settings in the area:

    GE WAN-1

I was adding it to ADSL PVC-1

    Thanks!
