Got the email re results this morning thankfully.

Also while I was on to them I asked about whether I could sit Tort and EU whenever it is rescheduled despite having not been registered to sit them in March. They replied straight away and said the Tort and EU exams "will be open for all candidates to apply" however no dates confirmed yet due to ongoing health crisis. Not sure if anyone else was aware of this I thought I was stupid to ask! Great news though for anyone like me who was planning to sit Tort or EU in October who might want to get them done.

I doubt they will be able to give a date for these exams until more guidelines given by government, but due to Leaving Cert being able to go ahead and the need for Tort/EU to be completed for those starting Blackhall in September, I would assume we can expect July/August?

Anyone get the letter in the post yet? Anything in it about the additional sitting for Tort/EU?

Online it just says next sitting will be October 2020.

I know they can't say when it will be but would like to know if they're still committed to it.

I logged on and the website says the next sitting is October?! No mention of them running tort and EU exams first

Scraped through Eu and Equity with 50 and 51, thanks to anyone who helped here, can you not access your previous passes anymore ?

I got 40 in criminal law do you think is worth it to appeal on it?

Congrats. No apparently you have to email the Law Society and they will send you a new letter with your results. Online only shows results from the most recent sitting.

Hi everyone, Derek here from the Law Society Web Team.

We are sorry that some users are experiencing issues - while we have done work to improve capacity on our servers, the volume of candidates trying to log on at one time is causing the site to run a bit slower than normal. If you can, please take your time and wait for the relevant pages to load.

If you need a hand logging in, as always, please email webmaster@lawsociety.ie.

For other queries about the FE-1 exam, just contact fe1section@lawsociety.ie.

Good luck to everyone getting the results today, and thanks a lot for your patience and understanding.

Passed 2, got 47 in Constitution. That's gotta be worth rechecking. Thanks to @iamanengine for getting me through these.

I think 40 is probably too far off tbh.

Anyone ever come up in Equity when they got it rechecked?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26 ahona

60 in criminal but 46 in contract.

    Is 46 in contract worth a re-check?

    I am so sad :(

    I think 46 is worth a recheck! It's only 4 marks off a pass.
