TNT Shannon Depot contact number?

    Does anyone know if there is a direct contact number for the TNT depot in Shannon? I am waiting for a delivery from the UK and their tracker shows for 3 days in a row that the package was out for delivery / no-one home / message left.
    There has been someone home all the time and nobody contacted me.
    Have contacted TNT customer service who said there was supposed to be a problem with the eir code. I think this is bullsh*t and whoever is supposed to deliver to the Moycullen area cant be bothered to deliver.
    Just wondering how I can get in contact with the Depot in Shannon.

    I don't think they give out a direct line. Ask customer services to put you through.
