Niles Crane advances by a 6-5 vote as Uncle Phil exits the competition for good. There was actually a 7th vote for Niles, but no reason was given, so I couldn't in good conscience count it no matter how much I wanted to see Niles win, after I gave others stick for not giving good enough reasons

Okay, this is hard, but Ron Swanson because Michael is a bit of a douchbag. A funny douchbag for sure. But still a douchebag. But Ron is constant and solid while still being funny.

Ron is absolutely brilliant, but Michael is better, love them both but wow.

Do you remember when you thought brick Tamland was funny, then you saw what he could actually do and you realised what a huge waste it is.

In an absolute shocker of a match, its Ron Ulysses Swanson who progresses to Round 4, with a 7-3 victory. I expected Michael Scott to win that one and to probably win the whole competition, so to go out like that is something else.
