Haven’t watched a lot of bad ones though tbf, if I don’t like anything in the first two or three episodes I’ll just give up on it usually.

Fr Ted (despite RTE repeatedly flogging the shyte out of it)

Every RTE "comedy" made with very few exceptions.
Most US sitcoms, esp Big Bang, current Simpsons, Cosby Show, even before the revelations.
Mrs Brown's Boys, successful, just not my cup of tea.

it's not liked enough to be on the worst lists! this thread is the same as these polls/lists always are, lots of the ones in the worst have pretty high viewing figures and many would talk about them or quote them, like Friends. So people want to take them down a peg or 2. Its more like top 3 best sitcoms, and 2 worst which you know loads of people watch and rate highly.

Its the same on IMDB check out the ratings on some films, load of 10 stars, many from fan boys, then a slow drop and then this ridiculous abnormal skyrocket in % of 1star reviews, from people abusing the system and not putting in their true vote, they are in effect stealing votes. If they think its 4/10 they put 1/10 to knock it down. Some even say it in their comments.

The true crap is stuff people do not even remember. My Hero with Ardal O Hanlan was brutal, checking there is amazing that it got 6 series.

A lot on the worst list I can tolerate if its on in the background, but certainly not something I would tune into see, like "how I met your mother", I can see the hate for it but I would have at least a few laughs per show.
