ESPP shares and Form11 question

I get shares through work on an ESPP program. For each 6 month period in which I purchase shares through my company I have to submit the RTSO1 form and pay these charges electronically. Bear in mind that I am not selling them just buying them. Do I also have to submit the Form11 or Form12? or it is enough with the RTSO1…

I believe if you don’t have any or income apart from your p60 income you just include in your end of year review/form12 on myaccount
