    There is bound to some enterprising black market hairdressing going down in town. The fashionista's will pay top dollar to maintain the Insta/facebook story stream. Low fade. High fade. A number 2 or 3. Where is old Algy when you need him? {cf. for those too young to know Algy was an old school barber located in John St). What's the bet a couple of Euro will go onto the prices when its deemed safe to shave'n'style. To take the edge off (literally) check out "how to cut you own hair" on You Tube.

    Nowhere can be legally open I believe and I doubt there are many (yet) doing it on the sly from home or whatever but they will.

    Just cut your own hair, it sounds a lot scarier than it is, just don't go too short too soon in case you need to fix it. The 15 euro clippers in Tesco are grand for the amount of times you will likely use them over the coming weeks
