Employed by me in ireland, working remotely in Spain taxation

    hey lads, if I have a tutor doing an hour or two a week online, my company based in ireland, he is in spain, is he employed as contractor and reveunue get nothing and he just discloses this income to spanish tax authorities or how does it work? Thanks!

    you cannot be employed as a contractor, you are either an employee or a contractor.

    The fun is when Revenue decide your Contractor is really an Employee!

    To answer the OP. An hour or two a week and in another country. The tutor invoices you and you pay the invoice.
