Are auto factors direct in Cork closed or still in operation.

Do they answer the phone?
Chances they are open during the pandemic are small.

Not answering any of the many numbers I have for them, not responding to emails, not responding to the contact Us page. They still taking my money though and no parts arriving. No notice on their website as to the lock down and how they are operating during that time. If they were shutting temporarily they could have at least sent an email to account holders and put a notice on the website.

Premier parts in same estate as them are open.

I think Auto Factors Direct ARE Premier Auto Parts.

Search for Auto Parts Direct on google.. Premier Auto Parts come up.

Think they're 2 separate entities now, we're linked some time back.

Turns out www.autofactorsdirect.ie are no longer in operation, but website is still up and taking people's money.

Don't order anything from the site.

I ordered parts from them in January never came not one reply to a email texts or phone call. Still not got my money back website not there now. Has anyone got a refund bank of Ireland are not helping

Did you get sorted? Derek burke is the chancer that owned the company, has another company called auto cloud tech but that seems to have drowned also.
