And a question on whether Inspector Gadget or Buffy... are Superhero movies...?

Over the last decade, maybe not - the Superhero genre has been shaped by the MCU so much, that anything deviates is suspect.
But they both have a main hero character with superpowers . SO I allowed them.

Yeah - didn't realise it was a Marvel when I saw it until the Stan Lee cameo at the end.

Doubly so, as the intro has only the Disney logo - no sign of the Marvel logo. But it is based on a Marvel comic, so (for this quiz) ccounts as a Marvel movie.
