Converting to FreeSat - LNB question

I am hoping to convert to FreeSat and am trying to figure out what I need to do. Can anyone confirm if the LNB in the attached picture is a Sky one and therefore needs to be replaced to get FreeSat? I think the dish was used for Sky before I moved in (but I'm not sure), its currently not being used at all.

Sky and freesat use same satellite, I'd hook up your box and see have you channels would be the handiest way to tell

thats a sky lnb and is fine for freesat but looks a bit dated, should still work. Its the later ie sky q lnb;s that cant get freesat.

LNB is not specific to SKy. Should be ok to pickup the free Astra channels.

Maybe I'm wrong - but that looks like a single?

You would need a quad to be able to pause, rewind and record, I think

Looks like a twin output LNB, fine for a Freesat PVR.

Did you have skyq as it might be a wideband lnb.
