    Yes, my parents have a blood pressure monitor and thermometer and I made sure they bought a pulse oximeter in the run-up to this. I have instructed them that if they think they might be unwell to take their blood pressure and oxygen saturation every morning and record the results on a different sheet of paper each along with the date.

    That way they'll be able to tell me and/or their GP their routine obs over the phone and it'll help establish that they're not just anxious as well as creating a timeline of any deterioration in their health.

    I have the same and will post my temperature, oxygen saturation and BP if/when I get COVID-19.


    I am starting to keep 3 times a day notes on my wife and my BP, heartbeat, Temp and Oxygen levels. Partially to get used to it and also because we have felt a bit off but not much.

    How about we keep our hardware shops open? I know that is not the most important thing but if we keep our hardware shops open and if we have to work at home or be at home for a period we can get paint from the hardware shop.

    My aunt rang me if I would going shopping with her tomorrow. I said sure why not. She said we can have a meal back in her place afterwards.

    Would others go shopping with their relatives?

    if they are elderly and needed assistance, I would just go by myself for them.

    Poor Italy.

    But who knows who will follow their path. Chatter going on about Londonders decamping to their holiday homes all over, and bringing CV with them. Locals who may have been relatively safe are not amused.

    Maybe that's why the buffoon is saying there will be NO lockdown, and then might spring it upon them. I dunno. I'd say with the schools closed many have gone already. Same infection clusters happened in Spain, the Madrilenos decamped full of CV. and we can see what happened there.

    And the Tube station closures in London seem to be the result of ill staff. So if more staff become ill, it's lockdown anyway.
