New flexi option for Covid 19 mortgage break?

Hi there, following yesterday's announcement I am having trouble finding info on applying for the mortgage break, your online link goes to a 2016 flexi options page which requires you have the mortgage 2 years and also requires documentation, what will the Covid 19 requirements be? Thanks
