Thats a very good point Ted - maybe I can attach my watch to my cat and have her roaring around after her pet mouse in the kitchen, that'll learn him. The mind is capable of very dangerous measures during betting/Armageddon-esque fiascos I have discovered haha!

Out for a walk. Can’t shake something that might mean giving into things that people seemed to want from me forever, I hate giving in though so there lies the problem. Going to pop in the aul earphones and weigh up the pros and the cons. I suppose there’ll be at least peace at the end of the decision whatever it is

That's a bit heavy for the day that's in it. A quiet reflective drink in a pub might help?
    Oh wait...

There are a few bottles is wine in my place that won’t be ready until 2022 but it’s now very doubtful they will last thru this summer.

Now that's a great idea...although mine is bluray El Hombre Tranquilo :D

It's a razor sharp scan of the film which for some reason was released to Spanish speaking markets before English, just have to go through the menu for English:)

I think I'm getting bored of this now, it's going to be hard to stay motivated and positive as time goes on.

It's just a different reality for us. That's all. For a while.
I know its hard to beat boredom. Try to think of something to do that you can get yer teeth in to. Write a book!

A very Happy St. Patrick's Day to all you Wherers!

Taking it super easy today - got up at a decadent 2pm, long breakfast, little bit of meditation, then a long refreshing walk in the Phoenix Park which is on my doirstep.

Park was very busy with walkers, families and joggers. Most of the trees budding and the Horse Chestnuts are already starting to shoot leaves. :)

And when I got home I got the news that one of my best mates and his fiancee (they both live in Sweden, she is Swedish) are expecting a baby!

Planning to start building my Lego Apollo 11 Lunar Module after dinner. :)

I am couchside comfort eating. Rationally I know that when my usual supports are gone, like sitting in a cafe or having a wonder around my favourite bookshop, I will be ok because I am me mentally resilient. Yet. At at same time. I'm afraid.

Black Forest I didn't see the original post...I'm glad Mam shared that...some nice things on that site!
Looks like something you could get absorbed in.

No point saying homeside, these days, is there!
I have no frame of reference for this situation. The recession stuff is bugging me.

I think I'm getting bored of this now, it's going to be hard to stay motivated and positive as time goes on.

I'm loving spending a lot of time in my home. Its making me appreciate it as a safe place. Usually, I'm never at home, but being here has shown me that its way more than a house to me.

I'm worried for the future too......so busy in work. I know some people think money does not matter overall, but I looked at my pension yesterday, oooohhhh jaysus, no chance retiring by the sea now.

    Keep positive all.

On a positive note, I made the curry with the concentrate recommended by Grandeeod. I found it more like a chinese curry than a madras, but it was yum. The cauliflour and potatoes were delish in the curry; will defo make again.

    Deep breaths.....

    More positivitea. ..

Highly strung people lynch mobbing others on social media....sadly proving there's always some who go down the Lord of the Flies road in a crisis. Glad I can trust my friends and be there for them too!
