........ not a chance anyone is standing over a 14 year old barge unless they're 100% sure where it came from.

Only 2 owners so far :)

    night vision - check
    rear adjustable seats - check
cooled seats - g'way with your gimmicks.

looks really well and a warranty on it too hah. Must have been the dealer principals old car or something, not a chance anyone is standing over a 14 year old barge unless they're 100% sure where it came from.

Yeah, heated and cooled seats are the first thing I look for in any S/CLS/7 series etc

Surprised they aren’t in the above

its heated all round but not cooled, sadly no perforated leather so not an easy retrofit. Doesn't mention a fridge but I've found one for 500 notes on eBay, I'm really half tempted. Have been looking out for one in black with the cream interior for a while now , but they all get eastern Europed.

ill say this, they are only worth buying, if LWB, in my opinion black and by throwing at least the facelift lights on. I am not paying that kind of tax, for a car you wouldnt take a second glance at...

Heated seats , not cooled. It has a compartment cooled by air conditioning, but not sure if that’s what’s meant by fridge. No night vision ... I use the lights for that :D

When I first saw this in an S-Class I was driving from Dussledorf to Hanover. Rental company didn't have the vectra / mondeo I booked so offered me a hyundai i10 or an S-Class. Bit of a stupid question really??

Anyway driving on those roads at night was fascinating. Looking out you could just see the red aircraft warning lights on the wind turbines. On the night vision camera you could see the vanes going around - blew me away.

Nice looking LS with appropriate reg, €2950

NCT til next year and it seems to have the spec you want in one of these, air suspension etc

Very nicely spec'd 745, but expensive IMO given the mileage/number of owners/lack of NCT

That seems to be the top spec too, as it appears to have the x4 lower switches in front of the gearstick rather than the usual x3 which means the full messaging rear seat option and rear radio controls.

LS-430 reg has to be the best in the country!

I'm certain that LS430 was for sale last year for 1k

if it was it was likely without nct, if somebodys done the timing belt, water pump, pads and plugs and serviced it and got it through the nct it would explain its increased value, certainly still worth it for the car if its straight.

It might have been an 04 one, I'm not certain.

I know it’s very anorak, but it always puts me off when there’s a picture of the gauges and the fuel light is on. (Picture 7)

I know most barges love fuel but the idea of a thirsty V8 driving about with the fuel in reserve really irks me.

My Gs is currently doing 18mpg, equates to €10 for 30 miles, but it’s part and parcel of ruining a 3.0 motor, smiles per gallon not miles.

Aren’t valve seals a consumable part on these?
