Dual Claim Basic Payment

    Has anyone experience on dual claim for the basic payment scheme? I received a letter today from the department regarding a dual claim for 2019 on one of my fields on a out farm. There are a number of bounding farmers. Would this be a mistake by the other party?

    Did you get your payment in 2019? Strange that there was a dual claim and they only working on it now

    They are working on 2019 overclaims now. Got letter about commonage burning out of season last week.
