Hi Everyone, would anyone know how often a Circuit Court convenes? relative may need to appeal dismissal after making a Protected Disclosure.... thanks

Circuit court sits every day during the legal term, circuit civil court is based in four courts.

Are you sure circuit court is the correct course of action, ask a solicitor.

thanks for your reply.... apparently the Circuit Court is the only initial option for applying for Interim Relief. just not sure how accessible it would be..
