Sell all the Brazilian players now Fabinho and Firmino are finished as players and Alisson is injury prone.

My take on all of this is frankly **** the CL, **** the FA Cup (since ****ed off) there is one thing this team needs to do this year and is win the league.

If they were to somehow crawl over the finish line with a point to spare.. so be it.. :)

What are you talking about. the league is over. No way we are not getting 3 wins. We should be going all out now for the CL.

God yeah, whatever happened to that? Lovely curler from Mane today though!

Salah only 1 goal off Vardy. He was 14-1 for Golden Boob only recently. I mentioned price, wish I had backed him now.

    Nice.

Would be funny if City did lose the next 3, and this was indeed the day we won the title...... this day of total negativity in thread. Would be funny reading it back

Liverpool are winning the league regardless so looking back will always be the same

I dunno, he was out of form, and VArdy was banging them in. Salah was not even in top 6 scorers in League.
    Was

    Vardy
    Auebangedambanging
    Agüero
    Ings
    Rashford
    Abraham

Salah was in single digits, but I always felt he could score 2 or 3 in a game, and suddenly he'd over take them all. A few penalties, a few 90 min plus goals, and suddenly he's now one away.

Wolves and Sheffield could take CL spots ahead of Chelsea ,United, Spurs and Arsenal, the way they're playing.
Sheffield would have game in hand if Chelsea lost tomorrow,
But United can take 4th Spot tomorrow with a win at home to Man City... if Chelsea lose to Everton.

They were better strikers but Salah is a right winger which makes his numbers that much more impressive.

I do get the love for Salah, he's a fantastic player but I just feel the other two would be more clinical in front of goal. Suarez was absolutely ruthless and scored all types of goals and would probably just shade it for me but that's just my opinion. I also wouldn't really call Salah a winger as Liverpool doesn't really play wingers.

Wolves slipped up today though. That was an awful result. I gotta say I'd love it if Wolves sneaked 4th, they play lovely football and their manager is sh*t cool. Their weakness is games like today though, they're at their best counter-attacking against the bigger sides, they struggle a bit when teams park the bus like today. That was a bad 2 points to drop.

Salah still 9-2 in some places, with 3 places. That's a shot to nothing EW bet
Aguero 11-4f although he'd sitting 4th currently, weird!

Ings only two off Vardy and he's 16-1 ! Mane also 16-1 three goals off VArdy on 14 goals
Both could easily score a Hat trick at any time. Liverpool have a nice looking April coming up against Villa, Brighton, and Burley.
100 EW on Mane would be cheeky !

In terms of being more clinical I just checked the Premier League website and Salah has 379 shot attempts for Liverpool, Suarez has 551, and Torres has 386.

    So their conversion rates are:

    Salah - 18.5%
    Suarez - 12.5%
    Torres - 16.8%

Needs to go back to his Valencia look though.

Salah was always considered a guy who needed 7 chances to take one. He was labelled ''wasteful'' by everyone, including me.

He never seems clinical in front of goal until he is. I never rated Torres before or after Liverpool I still don't understand what happened inbetween. Suarez was glorious, we all became racists for him but with the benefit of hindsight he's probably not a very nice man.
Salah is simply wonderful I couldn't begrudge him anything.

Quick word for James Milner, what a pro. What a feckin' pro. He's invaluable to have around the place.

Man City to lose to Man Utd tomorrow
Man City to lose to Arsenal on Wednesday
Man City to beat Burnley next Saturday
Liverpool to beat Everton the following Monday.

    Liverpool are Champions.

Not beyond the realms of possibility is it?
