Definitely seems like we have hit a bit of a wall with a fair few struggling for form. At this stage any win is a good one.

They are wrecked. Happens with a relatively small squad. Great result today.

This, people losing their **** over how poor we are playing at the moment, don't care how they come at this stage but it's all about just getting the 3 points at this stage

City play 3 league games before we play again. So we could already be Champions if they lost the 3 !

The way some loopers were going on during the week, they probably think that's our title challenge back on track. :pac::pac:

We're well into March and have only dropped 5 points all season. Unbelievable stuff.

I was cautious about today, felt a bad result would really effect them,

I dont laugh at anyone who worries, lots of us on here have waited 30 years you can forgive the hesitation to celebrate just yet

The general thread exploded earlier, posters we hadn't heard from in a while enthusiastic and engaging in the debate once again. Good to see some activity once more but then Liverpool scored twice and it went quiet again.
We're killing football as a spectacle lads.

They disappeared as soon as the equaliser went in. Cowards.

Linders has said Jurgen perfers a small squad for certain reason, If we off load, Lallana, Origi and Shaq and replace then with quality we could compete wlon all fronts

Front 3 still have no adequate cover going on 3 seasons now

We're 3 wins from nirvana lads. Before Paddy's day. It's still magical.

Something has gone wrong and it might cost us the European Cup but we're closing in on this thing we haven't done in three decades and there will be a period after it's done for the players to mentally refresh and recharge while our opponents are grinding out the end of the season.

Wednesday is a massive test, but I'm far more focused on beating Everton and Crystal Palace and you never know but City might drop points in their three games this week.

The thing about it is that this all should remind you of how amazing and unreal the run we experienced was. And out of it came a European Cup and a league title. And let's face it lads, they're the two biggest games in town. So as much as it is disappointing that the run of perfection came to an end, we should be delighted and positive overall.

Giving it loads when Liverpool were losing, as soon as we went ahead they were whinging about us ruining the thread after fishing for it for 30 minutes

Couldn't believe it the way they all swarmed in,I knew it was hurting them that we are going to finally end the 30 year wait but jesus it really is killing them, thought they would nearly have it accepted now, they will be delirious if we get knocked out weds night, will prob be the highlight of their season

Milly is an absolute legend. Apart from his incredible clearance, his game management is fantastic, knowing how to buy fouls when trying to close out a game.

First start in 2 months. We're very lucky to have him, a model pro with so much experience.

Another fairly poor performance. Mane & Salah took their goals well but we coughed up easy chances; a good team would have scored at least twice against us today, we are suddenly really poor to the second ball, our midfield is pretty dire and our buildup play is glacial slow for large chunks of the game.
City play 3 league games before we play again. So we could already be Champions if they lost the 3 !

Can't say I'm holding out much hope for United, Arsenal & Burnley to beat City.

The front three are no longer "talking" to one another, it'll probably fix itself but nonetheless it's a bit concerning.

true that was very presumptuous of me. it's so long since we won I'm losing my mind

Win the next three games and we win the league. We can win it versus City if we both win all our games up to that point.

Just looking at the shockingly low and simple-minded level of “banter” from some of them today, even if we did get knocked out on Wednesday, most of them will be tucked in by the time it happens. :pac:

    Robertson fit for Wednesday?

All the clubs revenue should be funnelled in to ageing reversal research with a view to getting another coupe of decades out of Milner.
