What is employment visa number?

    I got offered a job and I have to fill a form which is me asking for "employment visa number". I have Stamp 4 visa and have never been asked about this in my previous jobs so I have no idea how to find this number. My Google search yielded no helpful information so far.

    I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can please assist me!
