Hi, I've noticed water leaking from the bottom of my boiler. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

If you are lucky, it's just a simple problem with the condensate trap. It could also be a more serious problem with it. It could be a problem with the pressure release valve.

Any good boiler man will diagnose the problem in a few minutes.

Hi, thanks for reply. Is the condensate trap the white pipe coming from side of boiler?

They have had at least 3 different types of trap fitted over the years. You could also be mentioning the relief valve pipe. I would need a pic to be able to reliabley answer your question.

The pipe on right is leaking.

That pipe is almost certainly your pressure release valve letting by. You most likely have a problem with your expansion vessel or perhaps just a faulty pressure valve.
