Hi, looking for this for a friend arriving for a visit tomorrow, anyone know where I might pick it up in Waterford?

    Thanks :)

I'm pretty sure I saw it in Ardkeen Quality Food Stores. And also Tesco Arkeen. But if no luck there, the Asian stores on the quay or O'Connell street might stock it.

Why not make your own? Its very rewarding. Get some peppers (i like cayenne) 1tsp salt, 1/4 to 1/2 cup distilled vinegar (depending on how much peppers you're using. Blend for about 30 to 40 seconds, pour into a pot and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.

Blend again for another 20 seconds, pour into a strainer, leave to cool and refrigerate. Now you have your own hot sauce.
