Your parent company (Eriva) recently laid gas mains in Nenagh and when this work was completed layed down a nice new tarmac surface with road markings.

In Thurles Irish Water laid new water pipes and left the streets in disrepair. The exact same thing happened in Tipperary town to their footpaths in 2017. Will you be resurfacing these streets to the same standard as you did in Nenagh instead of patching them with watered down tar and chippings? Less than a month later and the cheap materials used to patch these holes is coming up. See attached.

A temporary reinstatement is usually put in place for 6-8 weeks of tarmac before the permanent reinstatement works take place.

The funding just isn't in it at the moment. Irish Water's funding has been cut by over 100 million euro. Many projects are at a stand still and many have been just withdrawn. Irish Water will be releasing a certain amount of funding to the various contractors in the different regions in July.
