    My mother swears by them.

    She has had the same Consew machine since she repatriated it from Laura Ashley's workshop in the early 80s. She also has an industrial overlocker, though what brand it is escapes me.

    Pfaff and consew two great machines.

    But I think the laura ashley stuff is easier sewn than leather. LA is soft old girly stuff:D:D:D
