Massive system just moved in over South Kilkenny 20 mins ago.

Was lovely and sunny all morning prior to this, people out walking and cycling, and I'm only in the door myself from a walk 5 mins before it.

Bins and washing line = fúcked. Lost the metal facade on my skylight too. Wtf was that? came out of nowhere. Felt like a tornado.

    Calming down a bit now.

It's just reaching Enniscorthy now. Watching the hurling and the sun shining away down in Wexford.

Mad burst of hail and wind in south Dublin. Stuck on the road for a while. Easing off now, thunder in distance.

Just had the most craziest 10 mins of weather in Gorey.

Rain, sleet, snow, hail fierce gusts. Came out of nowhere. I was out running in the sun an hour ago

The wind in that squall shower was the strongest in the past 2 weekends for sure. Had to come out and help my elderly neighbour home

I think showers becoming more wintry for a time this evening. Don't be surprised to see some sleet and snow.

A very heavy hail with some graupel shower just left everything looking quite white in D14 - came down with a flash and big rumble of thunder. Looked like bits of snow in the mix too in the heaviest bursts.

Weather hasn't been too bad so far in Castlebar today. Their was some hail overnight which caused a racket hitting off the bedroom window. Yesterday was horrible, with a lot of heavy rain.
