Oven Fan works when door is open... stops on close

    Strange.... my fan Assisted oven is acting strange. When I turn it on I usually hear the Fan in the Oven start revving up and working.

    But it stopped working that way today ... but when I open the door (with Oven ON) the fan starts up and working. When I close the door to start cooking - the fan stops? However - it still cooks heats up as normal and cooks the food.

    Anyone know if there is a fix???
