That thread has had 5 responses which needed approving, and all 5 have been. The moderator log and the visibility of the posts confirms this.

But when I view the Helpdesk at the forum level, it still shows the icon claiming there are unapproved posts remaining. Yesterday it still claimed 2 were unapproved, and today, this changed to claim there was still 1 remaining.

So either the posts needing approving icon is not syncing at all, or is massively delayed.

Thanks for highlighting this. We've made a tweak to a config that might be having an impact and hopefully that will get things lined up correctly (I still see the icon at the moment)

The incorrect icon is gone now at least.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
