they already allow certain private sector high paid workers, a lower rate of income tax. the SF will actually force those massively overpaid in the case of the PS and CS and rte to stump up thousands more. its with the private sector , this creates an issue...

these councils cost themselves a fortune every year. DCC even now are trying to stop johnny ronan from putting a few more floors on a low rise building in the docklands. Not enough money here for everything and they for decades here have cost us billions in investment and this is still the case now!

to fund the reckless councils, nearly all of whom vote to reduce it every chance they can. Then complain there isnt enough for social housing! But it gets better, they then source the most expensive housing possible on a twenty five year lease in the case of dundrum luxury apartments, the start of many!

the councils here are morons! they need a new housing agency...

LPT is a very sensible tax.

We lead Europe in non-working.

We lead Europe in inactive adults / inactive households.

that SF proposal , on an individual level. Would actually reward workers more than the other parties propose and if they actually do something on housing , its a bonus...
