Tweet function on Twitter not working.

    I have found that, this evening, it is impossible for me to tweet at all on Twitter. I haven't received any notification of being banned from tweeting or of any complaint made about any of my tweets.

    It's the same on my mobile phone and my desktop browser.

    Why would the tweet function not be working?
