    Hi

There are tiles that have come loose on a 2 story apartment building that has 2 apartments. One apartment is on the 1st floor and the other is on the ground floor.

    They are both privately owned.

Are both owners responsible to pay to get this fixed?

The owner on the 1st floor is getting water ingress.

Thank you in advance for any information provided.

    It's the MC responsibility.

What does the lease agreement say? They won't all be the same.

    What's the ownership structure?

If it is a management company (usually managed by an agent), then I would expect it to be their responsibility.

If this is an older development, or a house divided up, it may be different.
