    As opposed to Leo who achieved almost nothing in the two ministries he's held in the last 9 years.

    The regional hospitals don't have the kit, staff and expertise to save you if you rock up there out of hours (or in hours, in some cases).

    Properly fund and staff the air ambulance services instead.
