If it didn't affect anyone I'd agree with you, but this a**hole is affecting every single one of us trying to keep our premiums down. When this k*nt has an accident it'll be everyone else's fault except hers, she won't stick around the scene and will deny being involved, all to save her own useless skin.

I'd make the call in a heartbeat.

Hard to disagree with you on that

    Snitches get stitches

Silly attitude...So do the people she crashes into...only difference is that we have to pay for them...

If u report her she will get another 2 year ban on top of the other one. If she's caught again after that it's prison.

thats unfortunate for her..but she knows this already hence her first ban..so I dont have sympathy....

Gardaí don't care about trying to catch people like this driving without insurance or under the influence. They only bother doing it at road checks.
    bulls..t .
Neighbour of mine was banned for , no insurance , nct or licence . It was in local paper so everybody knew . Guards had received several reports of her driving while banned and were very keen to get her again . She was smart enough and never had a real routine while driving but after a lot of man hours and with a little help from locals she was caught .
cant understand people saying keep out of it ,the fact she has no insurance is everyone's business
and the comments about her being a ''good '' driver are pure nonsense , the graveyards are full of ''good '' drivers .

Not if she's Lithuanian or Latvian. Read the court section in the northern standard. Mr X from Lithuania is a hard worker who who needs to drive to work that's why he was driving while over the limit , no insurance and was already banned from driving for the 3 rd time when he was caught. Fcucking joke of a judge there .

Do you lose your license for first offence of driving uninsured?

    That's her problem!

My concern would be, what other rules and regulations in society does she think also don't apply to her?

She needs a wake up call... few years off the road will do her no harm at all. :)

The world would be a wonderful place if people minded their own business.

would be even better if people played by the rules

If it was a car tax issue I wouldn't bother. No insurance though has external implications though so for me that's a different more serious issue.

In fairness the main reason our premiums are so high is due to the massive profits insurance companies are making.

Well that’s fair to say but fact is that the cost of covering for accidents involving uninsured drivers is spread out on top of insurance premiums , the insurers aren’t losing out cause of them... we are
