Easiest (non driving) way to get to Forge Hill

Hey, need to get up to the South/airport side of Forge Hill from the city centre, but don't drive. Is taxi the only option, or is there a bus stop nearby? If I remember right there isn't even any footpath coming from the city side.

Not sure of the timetable but the 226 goes from the bus station in Parnell place and stops opposite Forge Hill by Bull McCabes.

I think that's every 30 minutes and probably the best way to get there.
Forge hill isn't the safest to walk tho, if it's gonna be dusk or dark wear a hi-viz.

Thanks all. Yeah, I checked on Street View and there's no path on much of it, so given it's busy and narrow I might give the walking option a miss.

Thanks for the bus recommendation, I didn't know the 226 dropped off anywhere other than the airport itself.
