Those diet drinks make me so hungry.

I have a weird confession. I sometimes use them for that.

I am small ...and have a small appetite. Sometimes I know i need to eat ..but don't feel like it. A coke helps. :o

I drink 1 or 2 cans a month, whenever we get a takeaway

Same as that, you can't beat a can of Coke with a curry chip and quarter pounder, wouldn't think of it 'til the next time which would be 3 or 4 weeks later, a nice little treat :D

Addicted? No. I can stop at any time, if I wanted to. I don't want to, because I don't care what crap I throw down my body. Longevity is of least concern to me.

I could easily drink up to 4 litres a day, not every day but would get a bottle at dinner in work, another in shop for after break then cans in boot and 2 litre bottles at home....

When I came off it 4 years ago I was very unwell for near 2 weeks.

    Don't miss it at all.

Was disappointed that the weight didn't go down though, only 2 kilo.

I wonder why it's all the diet stuff for 'grown-ups' who imbibe heavily, like Trump. Surely they can't prefer the taste. Is it diabetes they're mostly worried about, or their teeth?
