Ford galaxy 2016 engine, who makes it?

    I just bought a 2016 galaxy 2 ltr diesel. The 150bhp version.

    I’m just wondering what make the engine is?

    I think the older model was a Citroen engine (could be wrong).

    It makes no difference now but I’m just curious to be honest.

    Very hard to find info on this online.

    It also could be PSA based. I think Fords own eco blue engine wasn’t out at that stage?

    If you can find out the cc of the engine it might give a clue. The PSA one is 1997cc

    1997 sounds about right. Never heard of psa before.

    Quick google of them sorted that.
