Just bought a new house E1 rated no insulation in cavity, seems to have insulated slab internally on ext walls. As well as other energy upgrades the first thing I am looking to do is pump the cavity. The house is dry dashed on the outside with insulated slab on the inside. How much more difficult is it going to be to pump?

    Not difficult at all.

The dash finish makes no difference, and can actually hide the drill holes better afterwards.

Does it have a full 100mm cavity with nothing in it??

The cavity seems to be completely empty empty, just the insulated slab internally. Purchase of this house will be completed next week so I'll get a better look next week.
