I quite like these I got a quote from a shop and my head nearly spun. I have seen them on ebay for half the price shipped into ireland from abroad. if your good at DIY and measurements might be better to get on net. they are called plantation blinds

We bought about a dozen blinds over the last few years from Tuiss, now known as blinds-2go.co.uk

Ours were Roman and Roller blinds but I know they also do shutter blinds.
