Oh la de fcukin la IB. The right honourable Lord Muck over here. Notions... :D In my day it was a proper greasy fryup with black and white pudding, shrooms egg, bacon and sausages.

    It does too.

Not panadol for a start. Paracetamol stresses the liver already trying to flush out the alcogoo.

The night before chug at least a half pint of water with some added effer, evver, fizzy vitamin C tabs. A hint of a certain variety of hemp the previous also helps(turns out it also protects the liver in drinkers). When imbibing avoid red drinks, less of a hangover with vodka and tonic at the other extreme. I did read somewhere the greasy fry does help. IIRC something about the way the body processes saturated fats does something. *Edit* The salt helps to replace salts you would have peed out. A fry tends to be "binding" too, so might head off the liquid sit downs. Unless eggs go through you like the divil through Naas. again IIRC adding ketchup to the mix also helps. Beta Carotene or somesuch.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Bit of a premature question, much like your solo shower seduction.
