Road trip from Sligo to Galway/Limerick/Kerry

I am looking for stop for break on road trip to Kerry. Child-Friendly take away/ cafe. We used to stopped at Mother Hurbard before new motorway was opening. Ballindine is option but I had to keep to go because my children were sleeping at this time.

Supermacs in Gort, and MacDonald's in Shannon are not too much of a diversion off the motorway.
