What traffic contributes towards the 50gb? For example if someone was to use the VPN to access a torrent site by using the VPN access, do need to turn off the VPN while downloading a 60gb torrent?

Installed android app, hit sign up and made username / password and it's offering me 2 gb a month normal and if i give my email addresses 20gb, not seeing anywhere to put in the code
