Ebay to parcel wizard

So bought item last week Royal Mail tracking shows delivered to parcel wizard 12th No pod signature or name though Parcel wizard say they don’t have it and seller says pod says delivered so nothing they can do Where next??

I’m wary of opening the dispute because Royal Mail tracking says delivered
Won’t PayPal just close the case as it got to it’s destination

No, they need proof from the seller about what address they put on it. If they missed a line or your PW number this is where trouble happens.

Get in touch with parcel motel as has been stated, they may have it.
