Cost of 2nd sim from GoMo?

    I ordered 2 sims. I only got one. I managed to get a customer support email back where they asked me to logon and buy another sim. When I do this, It wants to charge me the activation fee again.
    Is this right? If you get 2 sims the first time should it not be 10 activation fee, then 10 per sim = 30
    Not 40 (2 x activation fee and 2 x sim

    I understand that the activation fee is E9.99 per SIM ordered, whether or not you order both at once. There will be a further E9.99 billing charge per SIM on the first day of the following month.
